I know for myself how life-changing good therapy can be, and I transitioned into this field to offer healing support to others. I offer my whole, authentic self in our work, so that you might feel safer to do the same.
An intersectional approach to healing
Born and raised in England, I have also lived in Scotland and worked internationally. I have a femme, multi-heritage, post-menopausal, neuroatypical, and trauma survivor identity. I understand that identities are more than labels — but complex experiences involving our sense of self, relationships, histories, and wider systemic factors.
From research to relationship
My path in Gestalt therapy feels like a ‘coming home’ after a diverse career in IT, sustainability, organisational consultancy and coaching, and academic research and teaching. My way of being is rooted in an ‘ethos of caring’ that deeply honours our co-created space, informed by my PhD research, Gestalt philosophy, as well as my values and ethics.

Beyond the therapy room
My wellbeing is nourished by the wild coastlines of Yorkshire and Scotland, 5Rhythms dance, spiritual practice, live music, and poetry. They also imbue the holding presence and creative curiosity I bring to our sessions.
