If you’re considering therapy, you don’t need to have everything worked out before getting in touch. You might be navigating changes in your relationships, grieving a loss, exploring your identity, seeking support with difficult past experiences, or searching for a greater sense of connection and meaning.
If you have a feeling we might be a good fit, I invite you to a free, no-obligation introductory conversation online. This lasts 20 minutes for individual therapy and 30 minutes for couples and relationship work. It’s an opportunity to share a little about what brings you to therapy, ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
You are welcome to leave a brief message about what you’re looking for support with. There’s no need to share anything you’re not comfortable discussing at this stage.
I’ll respond as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 working days.
I do not offer a crisis service. If you need urgent mental health support in England, you can contact NHS 111 and select the mental health option. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. You can also contact Samaritans on 116 123, or text SHOUT to 85258 for confidential support.
